This Privacy Policy explains how VYSARA AI LLC, doing business as Pasa (“pasa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit www.shoppasa.com (the “Site”), join our list, express interest in consigning with us or shopping our events, subscribe to our communications, or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Site or providing your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you fill out a form on the Site — for example, to join our list, express interest in consigning your items, or sign up to shop our events — we collect the information you submit, which may include your first and last name, email address, mobile number, and the interests you select (such as whether you want to sell with pasa, shop, or both). If you contact us directly by email, phone, or text, we also keep a record of that correspondence.

Information collected if you consign with us. If you go on to consign with pasa, we may collect additional information needed to provide the service, such as your pickup or shipping address, details about the items you submit, and the information needed to pay you when your items sell.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information about your device and how you use the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6 below).

Send subscribers emails about pasa, including updates, early access details, event information, and how to shop with us;

3. Email, Text, and Phone Communications

Email. By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails from us, including marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in every marketing email or by contacting us at help@shoppasa.com. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as responses to your inquiries.

Phone and text. We use your mobile number only so that a member of the pasa team can reach you directly — by phone call or an individual text message — about consigning with us, your sign-up, or your inquiries. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message and data rates may apply to any texts you receive. You can opt out of calls or texts at any time by replying STOP to a text or by contacting us at help@shoppasa.com, and providing your number is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share personal information only in the limited circumstances below:

Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, email and text messaging platforms, analytics providers, and payment processors. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
